GUIDED PRESENTATION · ABOUT 10 MINUTES
Coach → Attendance. Review the fictional roster and check in a sample student.
“Staff can see who is present without a separate paper list.”
Open Schedule. Review the prepared afternoon and its transitions. Times are examples, not automatic instructions.
“The afternoon has a shared plan that staff can adjust.”
Activities → Launch Deck → Set up a visual game. Choose Visual slides, Manual, then Start game. On Student screen, confirm the illustrated guide appears. Use Next; show autoplay if helpful.
“Everyone can follow the same instructions while the Coach controls the pace.”
End the activity. Open Team Builder, create sample teams, then show the teams or use Scoreboard. Preview before publishing.
“Staff can organize a group and keep the next action visible.”
Recognition → choose a fictional student → choose a category → save. Showing recognition on TV is a separate choice. Open Group Goals to see the sample shared goal.
“Recognition focuses on constructive participation and shared progress.”
Open Insights. Explain that every record and total here is invented to demonstrate the interface.
“These screens show what staff can review; these are not measured program outcomes.”
